1. Node Autonomy
The Distributed Meditation Network (DMN) provides infrastructure and protocols only. Each node is an autonomous, self-governing entity.
- No Central Authority: DMN does not employ facilitators or own physical locations.
- Local Responsibility: Node facilitators are responsible for complying with their local laws and safety regulations.
2. The Peer Structure (No-Guru Policy)
By using this infrastructure, you agree that:
- The Protocol is the Teacher: No individual shall be elevated as a “guru” or permanent leader.
- Rotating Facilitation: Roles must rotate among peers to prevent the formation of hierarchy.
3. Non-Commercial Use
The Heart Protocol and DMN infrastructure are open-source. They are intended for the advancement of collective coherence and must not be sold or gatekept for private profit.
4. Research Disclaimer
This is an alpha-stage (v1.0) project. Participation is voluntary and intended for research purposes regarding the 2027 Coherence Window.
